All sample packs are digital products and non-refundable. The product will be available for download immediately after purchase and download links will be sent to your email. If your download link doesn’t arrive please email hello@soundsfrompluto.com with your order number and we will assist you with your download links as soon as we can.
Once downloaded, purchases are final due to the non-returnable nature of digital content.
We may consider refunds only in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate purchases
- Technical issues preventing access
- Content significantly different from the description
